Dear Friends of Frontier Management:

This past year, 2009, was so positive in so many ways with the honoring of our Resident and Employee of the Year, many ground-breaking ceremonies for new communities and the opening of many more new communities and furthering our reach nationally.  We ended with the successful Helping Hands program which touched more than 20-employees.

Without question, 2010 will be another terrific year!  We are opening many new communities in Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Texas.  Be sure to follow our many community websites for updates, current photos and other interesting details on each community.

We are pleased to be participating in many community fundraising programs, industry professional conferences, sponsoring and supporting local events to be good stewards of the needs of our neighborhoods and will continue to promote good will with every opportunity.

Our goals and objectives remain with our residents in mind at all times.  This begins with the improvements to our communities, and the design of our new communities, to how we price our fees and how we train and empower or valued staff members.  We are absolutely convinced that by our actions and deeds we will achieve our Mission and continue to demonstrate our Values.
