July 1, 2010 Frontier Senior Living, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Connie Lowther as Regional Vice President for the Mountain Region which includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho and Eastern Oregon. July 1, 2010 Frontier Senior Living, LLC is locating its Corporate Headquarters from Durham, Oregon to Austin, Texas. "It was a difficult decision to relocate our Company headquarters, better known as customer service central, to Texas, however with our growth ever increasing in Texas, Louisiana and the other mid-western states, the move makes tremendous sense. My children and I are also moving to Cedar Park, Texas where we are buying a home and entering the school system there. This will be a very good move for all of us and we look forward to this new chapter," stated Greg Roderick, CEO. Frontier Management, LLC (the accounting and human resources services company) shall remain in Durham, Oregon.
July 1, 2010 Construction began on the expansion of Pelican Pointe Assisted Living and Memory Care to add an additional 24 apartments onto the memory care community. "This expansion demonstrates the commitment which Pelican Pointe and its team have for those with dementia or other forms of Alzheimer's disease. Further, there is additional demand for more apartments for memory care," stated Greg Roderick, Frontier Senior Living's CEO. The expansion project is expected to be open on or around the end of 2010 or very early 2011.
June 26, 2010 A Grand Opening Celebration of The Lodge at Mallard's Landing was held to commemorate the beautiful and full-service community which offers 100 apartments for supportive assisted living services along with 24 independent and active living cottages. "The amount of enthusiasm, support and excitement around this community is tremendous," stated Frontier Senior Living's CEO & President, Greg Roderick. Several hundred guests and interested people attended and received tours of the community, were able enjoy the culinary talents of the restaurant team and meet the management and support staff of The Lodge at Mallards Landing.

May 14, 2010 The Lodge at Mallards Landing hosts its Ribbon Cutting Event to be welcomed into the Gig Harbor community and memorialize its official opening. A large public Grand Opening Celebration is scheduled for June 26, 2010 from 11:30am – 3pm. More than 175 guests came to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting and enjoy tours, wonderful food and entertainment. "We are so happy to be a part of this beautiful community", stated Greg Roderick, Frontier's President.
May 2, 2010 Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care hosts its Grand Opening Celebration. On a sunny and warm Sunday, nearly 350 people toured the newest memory care community in Newberg, Oregon, with entertainment, a wine pouring by Four Graces Winery, a speech by Newberg Mayor Bob Andrews and many more features to welcome and dedicate a day honoring a beautiful and compassionate care center.

"We want to thank all whom have been involved," stated Administrator Janie Kellett, "and my staff are here to serve the needs of the residents." Two family members spoke at the ribbon cutting ceremony to describe what their personal stories have been and why they selected Arbor Oaks Terrace.

"I want to recognize our First Responders, the Newberg Fire Department, for coming today and for their involvement in the safety of our residents," stated Greg Roderick, Frontier's President. "I have a personal check made out to Newberg Fire for $1,000 as a donation to your wonderful team and wish to thank you for all that you do." Many people spoke in recognition to those involved in the creation of Arbor Oaks Terrace and shared their thoughts as to how wonderful it was to have it in Newberg.

April 20, 2010 Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care officially opens its doors! March 30, 2010 Washington Gardens Memory Care Residence is expected to break-ground on or around August 1, 2010. “Washington Gardens will be a welcomed addition to the City of Tigard and to the demand for additional quality, caring and carefully designed communities for those with memory care needs,” stated Greg Roderick, CEO of Frontier Management and a partner in the development. The construction loan is being provided by CW Capital and HUD, Seabold Construction is the General Contractor and LRS Architects is the designer. The project will open in June 2011. The property will house and provide caring services to 48-residence and will be Frontier’s 7th Portland Metro Area assisted living or memory care community.
March 29, 2010 University Village Memory Care Residence is expected to break-ground on or around July 1, 2010. This 50-unit memory care community is especially designed for those senior citizens whom have Alzheimer’s Disease or other related forms of dementia. “Bringing a purpose-built property, which has been designed with the residents needs and comforts fully considered, to the Round Rock community is very exciting,” stated Greg Roderick, Frontier Management’s President & CEO. The project is expected to open in May 2011.
March 26, 2010 Cedarhurst of Shiloh has officially secured financing and is under construction. The 87 unit property (56 apartments of assisted living and 31 apartments of memory care) is expected to open in early 2011. “We are pleased to have secured a HUD loan on this magnificent community,” stated Greg Roderick, CEO of Frontier Management. “Our relationship with Joshua Jennings and his Metro Asset Group has proven positive. Cedarhurst of Shiloh is sure to be one of the best communities for those seeking high quality assisted living services and/or compassionate and outstanding memory care for themselves or a loved one.” Roderick continued. With Cedarhurst of Shiloh, Frontier Management will have 3 properties in Southern Illinois under management.
March 4, 2010 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to represent and manage Mountain View Manor Memory Care Residence, a 48 bed memory care facility located at Glenroy Place off Mountain View Drive in Reno, Nevada.  The new memory care community is expected to break-ground in April 2011 and open early 2012. United Construction will be the General Contractor; Jeffrey DeMure and Associate is the lead Architect and Frontier Management will manage the community.

November 28, 2009 Frontier Management, LLC announced that it has officially broken ground on its newest memory care facility in Green Valley, Arizona.  The facility, Canyon Valley Memory Care Residence will provide care, housing and services to 50 residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other related forms of dementia.

Company CEO and partner in the project, Greg Roderick was involved in the ground breaking event along with several members of the Green Valley Fire District, including Captain Jeff Mooney. 

“We are a Company that believes in and supports our first responders as they are a key member of our communities and provide so much help when we need them,” stated Roderick.  “It was a privilege to have the GVFD members involved in our ground breaking event,” Roderick continued. At the ground breaking event, Mr. Roderick presented a personal check to the Green Valley Fire District in the amount of $500.00.  “I want to express my appreciation of our first responders and  hope that this donation is in some way helpful to the many wonderful people and programs that the Green Valley Fire District is associated with,” stated Roderick.

Canyon Valley Memory Care Residence is located at 2995 S. Camino Del Sol, Green Valley, AZ 85614 and full construction activity is expected to begin in January 2010 and open approximately 10-months later. Construction will be provided by Seabold Construction, Inc., financing by Wells Fargo Bank, interior design by Hill-Devine Design, architectural design by Wedgwood Architectural Services and management of the facility by Frontier Management, LLC.

Canyon Valley Memory Care will feature three (3) distinctive neighborhoods for 50-residents under one roof and each neighborhood will boast a dining room, living room, activity space, therapy kitchen and indoor and exterior courtyards. A staff of more than 30-employees will provide supportive, caring and healthcare services 24-hours a day including meals, activities, assistance with bathing, dressing, medications, and other activities of daily living. Supportive services will also be available to the family members, short-term respite stay will also be available and transportation services are featured.

August 1, 2009 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to provide management and consulting services to two (2) senior living properties in Tomball, Texas. Harvest Home Assisted Living Community and Inwood Crossing Memory Care Residence are neighboring or sister communities which offer outstanding services in an inviting and compassionate setting.

Harvest Home, a 60-unit assisted living community, has met the needs of the residents of Tomball offering comprehensive services such as reminders, medication management, and other personal care services that may include bathing, dressing, grooming and the like.

Inwood Crossing, a 60-unit memory care community, serves those whom are suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other related forms of dementia, in a setting which fosters a home-like feeling and where family and friends are encouraged to visit.

June 25, 2009 Frontier Management, LLC is pleased to announce that Cedarhurst of Collinsville, a 68-unit assisted living community, has officially opened. The Grand Opening Celebration has been scheduled for July 28, 2009 and is open to the public. “What a wonderful, beautiful and needed community Cedarhurst is and the reception by the neighborhood and city has been outstanding,” stated Matthew Dunham, Frontier’s Chief Operating Officer. “Cedarhurst of Collinsville is an beautiful, inviting and caring community and we are so happy to be involved in its success and on-going operation,” stated Greg Roderick, Frontier’s CEO. Cedarhurst of Collinsville is Frontier’s second Illinois senior housing property.
June 22, 2009 Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care Residence officially began construction on June 22, 2009 in Newberg, Oregon. This 48-bed memory care community is being constructed by Seabold Construction and the financing provided by Wells Fargo Bank. At the ground breaking ceremony were Mary Robinson, Matthew Dunham and Greg Roderick (all of Frontier Management), Jim Ekberg, Mike Gougler, Dean Werth (owner representation) and Steve Seabold of Seabold Construction. “There is such a great need for a special place for those with dementia, especially in a neighborhood such as this with retirement living and assisted living and a new regional medical center surrounding our community,” stated Greg Roderick of Frontier Management. Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care is expected to open in April 2010.
May 1, 2009 Frontier Management, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion and advancement of Jim Buchta to Regional Vice President. Mr. Buchta has most recently been the Executive Director and Manager of The Versailles Condominiums in San Mateo, California, a luxury community located at El Camino Real and Crystal Springs in San Mateo. April 28, 2009 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to manage and provide other supportive services for the development and ultimate operation of Madeira Manor Assisted Living and Memory Care in Modesto, California. December 17, 2008 Frontier Management, LLC is pleased to announce that it has executed a long-term agreement to provide management and consulting services to The Lodge at Seven Lakes, a rental continuing care campus in development in Loveland, Colorado. The Lodge will be built in phases and the first of which shall be Seven Lakes Memory Care Residence, a 48-bed memory care community and this is expected to break ground in the first half of 2009 and open in the first quarter of 2010. “We are thrilled to have Seven Lakes Memory Care open first,” stated Greg Roderick, Frontier CEO. “We have worked closely with the Glen Companies for several years designing and crafting a continuing care community that meets the needs and desires of the residents in Loveland, Colorado. The location, proximity to healthcare, shopping and the overall business community is outstanding and the surrounding parks, lakes and neighborhoods are ideal for senior living,” continued Roderick. The Lodge at Seven Lakes will eventually include retirement apartment homes, individual cottage homes and assisted living apartments, all of which will be carefully designed for the full enjoyment of its future residents. LRS Architects of Portland, Oregon has designed the community.

The first of these beautiful new communities to open is Cedarhurst of Collinsville, located at 1207 West Vandalia Avenue in Collinsville, Illinois which will feature 68 spacious apartment homes for residents seeking assisted living services within an elegant setting.  Frontier will begin pre-leasing the 56,161 square foot community in January 2009 and expects to open Cedarhurst of Collinsville in April 2009.  Cedarhurst of Collinsville offers 14 studio apartments and 54 one-bedroom apartments.  An expansion is planned to add 31 apartments for memory care (in 2010).

The second community is Cedarhurst of Shiloh which is located at 112 West Julie Street in Shiloh, Illinois.  The community in Shiloh will feature a total of 84-apartments, of which 54 are assisted living and a special unit which will care for those with Alzheimer’s Disease or other related forms of dementia will have 30 memory care apartments.  Frontier will begin pre-leasing the 76,278 square foot Cedarhurst of Shiloh in October 2009 and expects to open the community in early 2010.

November 1, 2008 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to manage and represent Colonial Village Retirement Community in Longview, Texas. Colonial Village, located at 2910 N. Eastman Road in Longview, Texas, is a 131-apartment active retirement community. October 1, 2008 Frontier Management, LLC announces the appointment of Joe Signore as Regional Vice President. Mr. Signore has been retained as an RVP and has a tremendous history in seniors housing and healthcare which includes senior and executive roles such as Executive Director and Regional or Area Marketing Manager and with outstanding results. September 1, 2008 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to represent and manage Cityscape Assisted Living in Henderson, Nevada. Town Development Corporation has designed and will construct Cityscape Assisted Living on a property located in Henderson, Nevada on a site which sits well above I-215 at Stephanie Road where the views are unparalleled to any other in Las Vegas. Cityscape Assisted Living will offer 151-Apartments for senior citizens whom are in need of assistance with certain activities of daily living but whom desire to live as independently as possible. Cityscape will feature an amenity rich community with expansive and beautiful areas of enjoyment that include a Theater, Grand Dining Room, the Elite Fitness Centre and other spaces, both indoor and outdoor, to enhance the lifestyle of each resident.

August 12, 2008 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to represent and manage The Pavilion at Great Hills, a 142 unit assisted living and memory care facility located at 11819 Pavilion Boulevard in northwest Austin, Texas.  The facility is expected to open in the spring of 2010 and is being developed and constructed by local developer Paul DeNucci who lives in the neighborhood with his family.

August 1, 2008 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to represent and manage The Lodge at Mallard’s Landing in Gig Harbor, Washington. Early stage ground work has begun on the project to prepare the property for construction activities, which are expected to begin in September 2008 and the opening may be as early as December 2009. The Lodge at Mallard’s Landing, owned by One Mallards Landing, LLC, is located at 6995 Wagner Way, Gig Harbor, Washington.

July 1, 2008 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to represent and manage Summerfield Retirement Community in Slidell, Louisiana. Summerfield has broken ground and is expected to open the first of three developments with 85-apartments of retirement living in April 2009. Once the retirement community has opened, the second phase will break-ground with a 48-unit assisted living community which is expected to open in the 4th quarter of 2009. Once the assisted living community is completed, a 40+ unit Memory Care and possibly the development of duplex style retirement “cottages” to complete the entire full-service community.

Summerfield Retirement is located on a 14-acre parcel in Slidell, Louisiana at the intersection of Brownswitch Road and Dauphine Street. “We are pleased to add Summerfield Retirement Community in Slidell to our growing portfolio. This is the first of several new properties that are taking shape for this relationship within Louisiana and we are very excited about this region,” stated Greg Roderick, Frontier’s CEO. May 9, 2008 Residents and guests gathered at Colonial Vista Retirement and Assisted Living in Wenatchee WA to celebrate Anne Boersma who was named Frontier Retirement’s 2008 Resident of the Year. She was given the award by Greg Roderick, President, and Matt Dunham, Chief Operating Officer, of Frontier Management. The same morning Mayor Dennis Johnson recognized Boersma by issuing a proclamation, one of only a handful in his term as Mayor.

March 1, 2008 Frontier Management has been selected to provide all the management services for Rosewood Specialty Care. Rosewood is Hillsboro’s finest memory care community. Located at 2550 SE Century Boulevard, Rosewood was built in 2001 with a mix of both private and semi-private apartments.

January 25, 2008 The ground breaking ceremony for Fountain View Manor Memory Care in Granite City, Illinois was a tremendous success and very well attended by local business leaders and dignitaries. Frontier Management has been selected to provide all management related services to The Oaks Cottages, located at 893 Wassom Street, Lebanon, Oregon with 15 duplex style Cottages that will be directly affiliated with The Oaks at Lebanon, a 104-unit retirement and assisted living community located at 621 West Oak.

The residents of The Oaks Cottages will experience most of the amenities at The Oaks at Lebanon that include daily transportation to The Oaks at Lebanon, delicious daily meal programs, daily stimulating activities and much, much more.

November 5, 2007 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to manage and provide essential supportive services for the lifestyle and enjoyment of homeowners of The Versailles Condominiums in San Mateo, California. The Versailles is a 60-unit high-end, age restricted, condominium project that features luxury condos, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, large fitness room, 30 person private dining and meeting room, elegant library, dining room and other inviting lounges. Additionally, in the coming months, a full-service day spa will open along with a store for sundry items. “We [Frontier] are pleased to be involved in the life, lifestyle and enjoyment of the homeowners of The Versailles and we feel that developments such as this may be a larger part of our future,” stated Company CEO, Greg Roderick. The Versailles is expected to open in early 2008.
July 31, 2007 LHC Partners, LLC, a partnership led by Greg Roderick, has acquired a 2 acre parcel of land on Lake Havasu Avenue N. at Papago Drive, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona for the purpose of developing a 48-bed Memory Care community. “This is an exciting moment in our journey,” stated Roderick. “Lake Havasu City is a thriving and beautiful community that has a real need for this service and development,” Roderick concluded. The project is expected to begin construction activities in December 2007 and open 10-months later. Lake Havasu City, with 49,000 year-around population, is well-known for the London Bridge, fantastic recreation and a high percentage of the population being senior citizens. The loan for the project will be provided by Intervest Mortgage Investment Company, a Sterling Savings Bank company, and LRS Architects (Portland, OR) are designing the building.
July 1, 2007 Frontier Management, LLC announced the advancement of Mary Lail to Regional Vice President. Lail had previously been the Administrator of The Oaks at Lebanon, a 104-unit retirement and assisted living community located in Lebanon, Oregon for two years, also a Frontier Management community. Prior to Frontier, Lail had been in various management positions with Mountain West Retirement (Salem, Oregon). “Mary will be an outstanding member of our leadership team and will be responsible for all Oregon communities. June 1, 2007 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to provide management and consulting services for all Triple C Healthcare Services, LLC seniors housing and healthcare properties and related entities effective June 1, 2007.  “We [Frontier Management] have a long and trusted relationship with the family that owns and operates these well-established and respected communities throughout Wenatchee and the surrounding cities.  Our mission is clear: to continue forward with the same programs and services, preserve the values and heritage of these properties, treat the residents and employees with respect and honor and to prepare these properties for tomorrow”, stated Greg Roderick, Frontier’s CEO and President.

October 9, 2006 The owners of St. Jude Specialty Care, a 134-bed Intermediate Care and Residential Care facility, located in Portland, Oregon, have selected Frontier Management, LLC as its new Manager of the property and business.

“Our continuum of care in the Portland Metro area is nearing completion with the management of St. Jude Specialty Care. Portlanders are now able to receive Assisted Living, Memory Care and now Intermediate Nursing Care by our three communities along I-205 in Portland”, stated Greg Roderick, Frontier’s CEO. “We launch our comprehensive services to this established community on November 1st and look forward to making a positive impact on the residents who reside there, the employees who provide the excellent care and the community at large.”

St. Judes offers 104-beds of Intermediate Nursing Care and 32-beds of Residential Care for those with Alzheimer’s disease. The facility is Medicaid certified.

March 9, 2005 Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to provide management services for three properties in Washington state: Where the Heart Is Assisted Living in Burlington; HomePlace Alzheimer's Care in Oak Harbor; and HomePlace Alzheimer's Care in Burlington.

November 8, 2004 Frontier Management, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been selected to provide management services for Sunridge Village Assisted Living in Bullhead City, Arizona effective December 1, 2004 for a long-term agreement. Sunridge Village is placed near the Colorado River and offers 125-units for assisted living. “The addition of Sunridge Village further establishes Frontier in the western United States and provides us an opportunity to operate a fantastic property with excellent services and support. We are very excited about this community, its residents, staff and with the relationship,” stated Greg Roderick, Frontier’s President.

Sunridge Village Assisted Living features a swimming pool, 125-units of studio and one-bedroom apartments on four levels, a banquet hall and beautiful grounds. Further expansion is being considered now for additional services.

July 1, 2004 Frontier Management, LLC has secured the long-term management of Gilman Park Assisted Living in Oregon City, Oregon which consists of 101-assisted living apartments and was opened in 1994. This property neighbors Willamette Falls Hospital, Avamere Mountain View Rehabilitation & Living Center and an eye center. "The addition of Gilman Park Assisted Living provides our residents with a true continuum of care by now offering Retirement at Berry Park (Oregon City, Oregon), Assisted Living at Gilman Park (Oregon City, Oregon) and Alzheimer's Care at Monterey Court (Portland, Oregon) all within miles of each other," stated Greg Roderick, Frontier's Chief Executive. "Our goal at Gilman Park is to provide the most comprehensive services and create an enriching environment for the staff and residents and make Gilman Park the community of Choice in Oregon City." June 17, 2004 Frontier Management was recognized as the 94th fastest-growing private company in Oregon by The Business Journal at its "Private 100 Awards Celebration" on June 17, 2004. The recognition came after only 3 ½ years of operations in a very challenging market place. The event was held at The Oregon Zoo in the Cascade Crest Banquet Room. Greg Roderick, President/CEO, and Matthew Dunham, COO, attended the event as representatives of Frontier Management, LLC.

November 12, 2003 Frontier Management, LLC has successfully secured the management contract for Karcher Estates Retirement & Rehabilitation Community in Nampa , Idaho effective January 1, 2004 .  Karcher Estates is a continuum of care campus community that offers a wide variety of services including 59-Retirement apartments, 31-Assisted Living apartments and a 66-bed skilled nursing facility along with various Rehabilitation programs and services.  "The addition of Karcher Estates significantly adds to the Frontier portfolio and further broadens our skills, services and expansion opportunities," stated Greg Roderick, CEO.  Karcher Estates is considered a premier continuum of care community in the greater Treasure Valley .  "The Karcher Estates management team is exceptional and their dedication inspiring." August 20, 2003 Greg Roderick, Frontier CEO & President, has been nominated and added to the Oregon Health Care Association (OHCA) Board of Directors as the Residential Care Facility representative for a 3-year term. "This position has been of great interest both personally and professionally and will demonstrate the commitment that I and my Company have in this profession", stated Roderick. "I will work to represent the RCF properties throughout the state of Oregon to the best of my ability and I will make myself as available as possible to the owners and operators of those important properties," concluded Roderick. The Board position will begin on September 15, 2003 and will conclude in 2006.
November 1, 2001 Frontier Management, LLC secures the Lease/Management of Monterey Court Alzheimer’s Care in Portland, Oregon.  Monterey Court Alzheimer’s Care adds 48-beds (now totaling 1051 units) to Frontier’s portfolio and is the 13th community added to the Company in under a year.  Monterey Court Alzheimer’s Care  opened in 1998 and was previously named Regent Court at Clackamas.
October 1, 2001 Frontier Management, LLC is selected as new Management Company for two Bend, Oregon properties with a combined 167-units. Aspen Ridge Retirement Community offers 10-independent living cottages, 75-apartments for retirement living and 40-apartments for assisted living and Alzheimer's Care at Aspen Ridge, a 42-bed Dementia Care facility. Both properties opened in 1999 and are occupied at near capacity.

April 20, 2001 The Frontier Management, LLC Board of Directors approves the addition of Kristopher Campbell to the Board of Directors.  
December 1, 2000 Frontier Management, LLC launches operations with 9 retirement and assisted living communities throughout Arkansas, Idaho and Oregon.  Frontier obtains a long-term lease agreement on properties to include those located in Lebanon and La Grande, Oregon, Boise, Idaho and Fort Smith, Arkansas.  Frontier also secures a long-term management agreement on six communities throughout Oregon and Arkansas.
